Presently about 20% of Riganti production is devoted to the oil and gas business with the production of forging bodies in a weight range from 15 to 1,800 kgs (about 33 to 4,000 lbs) such as:

• CHOKE VALVES FROM 1” TO 6”
• BALL VALVES UP TO 14”
• CLOSURES UP TO 12″
• BUTTERFLY VALVES
• PINIONS FOR JACKUP RIGS

All items can be forged in high quality steels – F60, AISI 4130, F22, AISI 410, Duplex F51, Superduplex F55 – and nickel alloys – Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Monel – supplied by the main European steel makers. These forgings can be produced according to API, ASME and Norsok specifications
