Our facility features:

• 2 electric furnaces
• 3 gas and cone furnaces (max payload 1,300 Kgs) equipped with water and aquaquench tanks

The main furnaces are controlled by PLC Siemens and can be monitored and operated remotely through the factory LAN.

Covering a wide range of materials (from low carbon steels to nickel alloys) we can perform in-house the following heat treatment techniques:

• Normalising
• Austenitising
• Quench (polymer, water, air)
• Temper
• Solution Annealing
• Annealing
• Precipitation hardening (aging)
• Stress relieving
